I appreciate your kind words, @mdakash62. Filipinos love to cook and eat food. Every region has a unique style of cooking. I am simply lucky because both parents love to cook dishes that come from their region with different, unique tastes. My father comes from the North and his style of cooking has a lot of spices in it. My mother comes from the South, and her style of cooking is more on steamed foods or raw, which can be added with spices and vinegar. A raw food is cooked by adding vinegar and then adding many spices to make it more delicious. The most common food with vinegar is seaweeds or yellowfin.
