You are right. You can't get a dish that tastes like it would from its natural setting I think. Some can come close, but never duplicate.

        there are a lot of places over here that try to do Texas BBQ... some of them come close and are very popular... but me and a handful of other people quietly (but without ruining other people's time) just say that it's not real... it's close but it isn't real. It can't be... and thats just fine.
