How are you my friends? I am too busy with my dance practice for our party and for my kids. Few more days before the vacation but everyone is busy. After our practice I felt so hungry and one of my favorites is the buko juice or coconut juice with banana que. Banana is better than bread. The doctor said that I must lessen my carbohydrates intake and must undergo exercises, walk and jogging. Thanks God that my heart problem is just a beginning and diet is just I need and self control and management.
A cup of coconut juice made my day. I noticed lighter with my body and I really feel something new difference so I must continue doing what I did last few days until now.
The owner of this store survived their life. A simple way of earning but give good education to their children. They ran this business long time ago when I was too young. The owner is already old and the children who are already a degree holder hold on the business until now.
Bananacue
The owner of this business have their own coconut so they can survive the supply. They double their earnings. Aside from the coconut, they realized bought a land and planted banana so they don't need to buy expensive price from the farmer or any supplier.
Their prizes is lesser than the other seller because they don't need supply outside. What a good idea of this business. The gain is being seen every afternoon.
