I would like to get the nerve to make kimchi. I really love it. A small jar that I looked at the other day was almost 10 dollars. Thanks for the detailed instructions.😊

        actually you can store it in a clean container or anything that has lid.
        Oh no $10 is a bit pricey. Then you can recycle any jars from the coffee or the white plastic box for food. Enjoy @carolynstahl when preparing your KImchi.
