How is everything going?

After finishing my mommy and wifey duties. It's me time! And exercise is one of my self love routines.
I normally would walk on the treadmill or on my stepper machine to keep my blood flowing in the morning.

Today, I chose a different exercise which is hiit. it's a little challenging than walking on the treadmill yet it gives a more satisfying result afterwards.
I can say that it gave me dopamine rush or a happy hormone.
So after a 20 minute of hiit exercise, i thought of treating myself a drink for a job well done.

I tap myself on the back and made myself a healthy, delicious and refreshing drink none other than strawberry banana shake with fruity yogurt.
I checked our fridge to see if there's something that I can make for a simple treat.
And here's what I got.
1 cup of milk and yogurt
1 scoop of strawberries
1 ripe banana
Ice cubes

This is how I made it.
I tossed the sliced strawberries into the blender.
I then added the sliced banana to it for a more natural sweetener. Good thing that it is not seasonal fruit and available year round in the Philippines. So I can use a generous amount.

I poured a quarter cup of milk and added a fruity yogurt to make it taste extra special.


Since I'm perspiring, I added a generous amount of ice cubes to make it more refreshing.

I swirled the fruits in the blender and in a few minutes, it turned into light pink smoothie.
Yum! I can't wait but to taste this smoothie.
I poured it into my my favorite glass.

The first sip? It's the type of drink that I won't get tired of drinking everyday.

This would make me notivated to do my home exercise if not daily atleast multiple times a week.
