Hello everyone!!
How are you all today?
I hope everything's fine and you're all fit and healthy.

Last Wednesday, our landlady came to visit us and for some errands too. She also harvested some of the older coconut fruits for copra. She then asked the guy who climbed and harvested the coconut fruit to get some young coconut fruit too, and she gave some to us.

Of course, I was so happy then because coconut juice is one of my favorite refreshing drinks.

The coconut meat was so young, soft, and thin.

So, I just added a can of condensed milk to make it more flavorful, along with some ice cubes.

We also shared some with our neighbors, and they were so delighted. It was really delicious and refreshing. Do you also like buko juice? I always love to have it, whether it's just purely buko juice or with some milk in it.

On the other hand, I mentioned in one of my blogs that we are trying to have some ice candy as a replacement for our ice cream business in the city. Thankfully, it was sellable here in the countryside during our first try and until now.
Chocolate flavor was in demand, but some flavors were also sold out. I made some orange and pineapple flavors previously and decided to add a couple of flavors this time.
So last night we made some grape and strawberry flavors. I hope they are as sellable and in demand as the chocolate flavor.

Making our ice candy is a family effort altogether.
I cooked the ingredients for the ice candy. After cooling it down, my daughter is always the one to do the filling of the ice candy mixture into a plastic bag, then my husband is the one who wraps and ties the ice candy, then I am the one who cuts or trims the excess plastic wrapper and loads them into the fridge.
Our customers of different ages love to buy and eat our ice candy, and I am very grateful for this blessing.
Opportunities and blessings always come in various forms, whether small or big; it's good to grab and make good use of them.
I'll end it here and have a blissful day/night to you all. Thank you so much for stopping by, and God bless.🙂🙏💖
