The 3 seating Fried that prefer Quality more than Quantity

Greetings and Good day dear Hivers. How's weekend going? As today I wanted to share with you, well this not fancy/High end street food stall which only offers 3 seating table during dine in. Let's check it out.

Well as you can see from the pic, there isn't much table and bench not because of space limitation. But this is what they offers. 3 set of seating no more no less. TBH is my first time seeing such business method.

A giant gas stove with giant size wok is used during the process. Which they only offers Pad Thai aka Thai stir fried noodle dish which is also one of their national dish as well.

You think only the front that offers you? The back of it also preparing it's pad thai noodle in advanced to faster the whole process during peak hour. And you know is good once you saw they prepare such amount of pad Thai.

Not only pad Thai they offers. There's another wok that only use it to prepare Fried omelet.

Preparing the Pad Thai freshly upon costumer request.

So what I got is their signature Pad Thai with Pork lard. Which they also use the oil from frying the lard for their pad Thai as well. This combination of lard and Pad Thai is not much seen elsewhere even at Bangkok. And with those pork lard only cost you 50 Baht ($1.5) for it. Big portion also is a bonus for their return customer. Well I guess I'll be returning for their pad Thai if i visit around Khon Kaen.

So what you think about it? Would you give it a try? I can tell you that you wont be disappointed after having a mouth of it. Thank you for your support and see you around soon my friend.
