Hi there. In this short food post, I revisit Divino Pizzeria & Bar in my local area.
This was the day before Mother's Day with the family.
Revisiting Divino Pizzeria In My Area
Divino Pizzeria and Bar is an Italian restaurant that specializes in pizza and pasta. They do have some steaks and a few desserts. Their first location was in downtown Toronto with a second location east of Toronto in Ajax, Ontario.
Our first visit early this year was good. We wanted to visit again as an early Mother's Day dinner. Reservations were made.

Each of us four ordered one item.
Duck Confit Pizza (23 CAD)
The Duck Confit pizza I had was good. There was not much duck meat but that was expected. The pizza is not too thick. There was not too much salt and the cheese was light.
Some pear slices were on the pizza. This is interesting. It gives some sweetness.
Meat Lover Detroit Pizza (28 CAD)
My brother ordered this Meat Lover Detroit Pizza. This style of Pizza reminds me of the Pizza Hut American Fast Food franchise for some reason.
The slices are thick and dense. Taste was okay. Not bad but not amazing to me.
Spicy Sausage (22 CAD)
I did not try a piece of this. Can't say too much.
Pistachio Pesto (26 CAD)
With this Pistachio Pesto pasta dish, I did try a little bit of it. There were a few pieces of salmon with it too. Not very salty and not too much sauce. It was okay for me.
Notes
There was quite a bit of food. Whatever was not finished was for leftovers.
Chili flakes were provided by our server. I did a smell test and did not notice much. Then I did a taste test. It was not spicy at all. (at least for me)
In our second visit, it was not as busy but the service was slower. I am not sure if there was understaffing or something.
I would revisit this place again but maybe do once every 4 months or something.
