Thanks for the DUO and congratulations to the other winners, I can see that pizza tastes are very diverse.
My favorite vegetable is fennel, which I eat raw as an aperitif, Mediterranean style, with a little olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of cumin.
I also eat it cooked, with other vegetables, in pan-fried dishes or ratatouille, where it adds a fresh, slightly aniseed taste.
