Buenos dias a todos, la verdad que es bueno siempre en momentos como este o sea la navidad, en la medida que se pueda, el compartir con la familia, porque como bien saben es una noche especial, asi que el pollo amigos no debe de faltar, esta ves bien condimentado y cocinado en el horno, muy lentamente, para que salga bien rico.
El mismo una ves bien cocinado como les comente y al quitarlo del horno, es mi costumbre trozarlo en porciones, como lo pueden notar salio bien jugoso.
Bueno el arroz es facil de cocinarlo,agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego el agua y cuando la misma hierve agrgamos dicho arroz, la verdad es un buen acompañante para esta carne.
Es mi deceo y el de mi familia, que pasen un linda noche en comunion y armonia.

Well, rice is easy to cook: we put the pot on the stove, add water, and when it boils, we add the rice. Honestly, it’s a great side dish for this meat.
