Buenos dias a todos los seguidores de esta gran plataforma social de HIVE, siempre es muy bueno para empesar la semana, como lo es esta, que lo hacemos con pollo a la crema-pechuga- con fideo hervido con mantequilla, los cuales se preparan de la siguiente manera.
Para preparar el pollo el cual se trata de pechuga de pollo, cortada en trozos pequeños, en una olla, le agregamos aceite, cebolla, ajo, para luego agregar el pollo antes mencionado, despues zanahoria y papa hervida, para finalmente agregar crema de leche revolverlo bien quedando como se ve en la fotografia.
Para preparar el fideo agregamos una olla con agua caliente, en la ornalla de la cocina, luego el fideo y cuando el mismo esta cocinado, le quitamos el agua y listo degustarlo con el pollo.
