ESTOFADO DE CARNE DE RES CON ÑOQUIS----- BEEF STEW WITH GNOCCHI

Buenos dias a todos, es muy bueno cuando llega el fin de semana o sea el domingo como lo es en esta ocacion, de degustar una pasta muy tradicional como lo el ñoqui, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, colocamos a hervir en una olla la papa, cuando la misma esta cocinada la colamos, luego la pisamos muy bien agregandole haria, leche, mantequilla y sal a gusto, luego el huevo, mesclamos todo hasta que quede una masa uniforme, luego le vamos haciendo bollos y estos bollos en forma de tiras amasandola, luego cortamos lo que seria la medida del ñoqui y lo vamos pasando por un tenedor, de esa manera ya esta el mismo, luego en una olla con agua hirviendo lo cocinamos para despues colarlo y listo.

Para preparar el estofado el cual como dije es con carne de res, colocamos la olla en la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego cebolla cortada en julianas, ajo y sal a gusto, luego le agregamos la carne de res cortada en trozos pequeños, cuando la misma esta casi cocinada le agregamos el pure de tomate, tapamos la olla y dejamos que se cocine bien, para luego cuando esta cocinado el estofado le agregamos el ñoqui para ddespues degustar todo.

To prepare the stew which as I said is with beef, we put the pot on the stove, we pour a little oil, then onion cut into julienne strips, garlic and salt to taste, then add the beef cut into small pieces, when it is almost cooked we add the tomato puree, cover the pot and let it cook well, and then when the stew is cooked we add the gnocchi and then taste everything.
