Buenos dias a todos, la verdad amigos que en lo personal me agrada mucho cuando me hacen algun regalo, mas cuando de comida se trata, lo digo porque me vino a visitar un amigo del acmpo y el sabe que mi comida favorita es escabeche de viscacha, bueno la verdad lo sabe preparar muy bien, dicho animal una ves que esta cocinado, se lo corta como se ve en la fotografia, luego de darle un hevor, como asi tambien los ingredientes que serian zanahoria, cebolla y las verduras a gusto de cada uno, le retiramos el agua, lo colocamos en un frasco de vidrio, donde le agregamos unos granos de pimienta y luego le fertemos aceite hasta cubrir todo, luego tapamos muy bien y listo.
Tmbien para acompañar dicho manjar, un pan cacero, el cual contiene muchas semillas y frutos secos, con harina de salvado, la verdad todo esto es muy rico.
Por eso como les dije que es lindo cuando recibimos este tipo de regalo, siendo el mismo del campo y tambien sabiendo de donde viene y quien lo preparo.
