Buenos dias a todos, es dia mas para todas las familias de esta bella comunidad y para la misma que decidieron comparti este domingo un almuerzo degustando asaditos, estos brochetes, los cuales son con carne de cerdo, de res y de pollo, tambien chorizos y morcillas, por supuesto teniendo en cuenta que al ser domingo, la mayoria nos podemos juntar porque es especial, porque es cuando las familias se iuntegran mas por el hecho de que es un dia de descanso y tambien para realizar nuestros sueños, romper la rutina de los dias de semana y como bien dije amigos, COMPARTIR EN FAMILIA Y CON LA FAMILIA, por supuesto que este asado es diferente por el tiempo copcion, es mas rapido y sale mucho mas rico.
Bueno amigos teniendo en cuenta que dicho asado ya casi esta cocinado, lo bueno es preparar la ensalada para acompañarlo, siendo la misma de aguacate o palta, con cebolla y con tomate, todo condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
Asi que mi deceo es para que la union familiar sea eterna y como dije en la medida que se pueda compartir todos juntos.
