Buenos dias a todos, la verdad amigos que degustar una comida mas bien solida, como lo es el churrasco de carne de res (picaña), el cocine en la plancha, agregandole sal a gusto y condimentos varios, lo hice a fuego medio porque es de mi agrado que dicha carne conten el jugo que le sale, acompañado con ensalada de, aguacate con tomate, condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
Tambien con ensalada de repollo, arroz, choclo, tomate y huevo duro, todo cortado en trozos pequeños, tambien condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, la muy rico todo.
