Hola a todos, como bien dice el titulo amigos, UN ALMUERZO DIFERENTE, es porque la diferencia esta en que prepare en esta ocacion chorizos de varios gusto, relleno con cerdo y condimentado con especias varias, relleno con queso blando, relleno con carne de res y espcias y tambien chorizos de viena, los cuales los prepare en el horno de la cocina, para despues de haberce cocinado los corte en trozos como se ve en la fotografia.
Hblando de almuerzo diferente es porquepara acompañar estos chorizos varios, lo hice con polenta con queso blando o fresco, la cual es muy facil de cocinarla, agregue una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego agregue agua y cuando la mismo comenso su hervor le agregue caldo de carne de res, revolviendo bien para que se disuelva, luego se procedio a agregar la polenta o sea la harina de maiz y revolver lentamente, hasta que quedeara como se ve en la fotografia.
Bueno de esta manera amigos se comienza a degustar esta comida para el almuerzo, la cual salio excelente.
