Hola a todos, la verdad que al haber amanecido un bello dia, despues de una ardua lluvia, lo cual debido a dicha inclemencia pudimos descansar un pococo jajaja, bueno hasi que hoy para el almuerzo me toco la parte de las ensaladas, las cuales no son muchas, pero las mas sabrosas y facil de prepararlas.
Para la ensalada de repollo, como se puede ver en esta fotografia, lo importante es cortar en hebras bien finas el repollo, de esa manera luego se lo enjuaga bien y se lo condimente con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
Bueno justo en esta foto es cuando me hablaron, porque como bien saben ustedes, que cuando estoy en la cocina, hasta yo me asombro de estar muy concentrado en lo que hago, mas cuando se trata de comida.
Luego de haber terminado con la ensalada de repollo y hbarla condimentado, lo siguiente fue preparar una ensalada muy tradicional, la cual contiene, cebolla morada cortada en julianas y tomates cortado en trozos pequeños, condimentada con sal a gusto y limon.
Bueno amigos siempre tenemos que sobresalir en elgo jajaja, por ejemplo con esta ensalada de cebolla, choclo, pepino y tomate, todo cortado en julianas y condimentado a gusto de cada comensal.
De esta manera es un dia mas que pas, pero como bien sabemos que es en el campo, parece una eternidad jajaja, por lo bello que se disfruta de todo.
