Hola a todos, como dice el titulo de esta publicacion, de romper la tradicion, pues si es verdad, porque los dias domingos degustar un sabroso asado, hera normal, m pero por pedidos de las nietas y demas, no se si este o todos los fines de semana venideros seran diferente, pero preparar un excelentes hamburguesas como estas, acompañadas de ensalada y de pure, la verdad es muy bueno y facil para preparar todo esto jajaja.
Dichas hamburgues son de pescado, las mismas luego de descongelarlas, las agrego en una fente de pizza, previo de colocar un poco de mantequilla y tambien en la sarten, las agreguo, las cuales una ves cocinadas de un lado, cuando las doy vuelta le agrego el quso fresco o blando, cuando el mismo esta derretido es porque dicha hamburguesa ya esta lista para degustarlas.
Para preparar el pure es lo mas facil todavia amigos, porque una ves que tenemos la papa, la batata y el zapallo lavados y listos, los llevamos a una olla la cual una ves que se cocine muy bien todo, le quitamos el agua, le agregamos mantequilla, sal a gusto y un poco de leche, comensando luego con un pisapapas a terminar dicho pure.
Asi que tambien con la ensalada, para preparar la misma rallamos zanahoria, luego cortamos en trozos pequeños la lechuga, la agregamos en un volts, luego le condimetamos con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, de esta manera salio este fin de semana una excelente y sabroso almuerzo.
