Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta las comidas que siempre se prepara para el almuerzo, la misma en esta ocacion, la concidero un poco especial por el solo hecho de que el pollo y chorizo, los tenia en el frizer, asi que para cuando lo deceamos preparar para el almuerzo, lo quitamos de dicho frizer, lo descongelamos, lo calentamos en el horno, asi que una ves que el mismo ya esta para degustarlo, asi que para acompañarlo lo hice con arroz y ensalada de repollo.
Dicho arroz para cocinarlo se agrega una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agrego agua y cuando la misma hierve le agrego el arroz, el cual una ves cocinado, le quito el agua, lo dejo que se enfrie y le agrego, choclo, tomate cortado en trozos pequeños lo mesclo bien con un poco de mayonesa y listo.
Para preparar la ensalada de repollo, el cual una ves bien lavado lo corto en hebras bien finas, luego lo enjuago con agua caliente, para despues condimentarlo con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, de esta manera ya esta listo para acompañar dicha carne.
