Hola a todos, la verdad amigos luego de haber disfrutado de un excelente fin de semana, domingo con la familia, degustando un sabroso matanbrito de carne de res a la pizza, nuevamente comienza hoy lunes la rutina de la vida jajaja, con esto quiero decir que nuevamente todo lo que hacemos en nuestra vida, concerniente en nuestro trabjo, el cual ya lo publique, referente a la construccion que estoy relizando en la casa de mi hijo, todo eso es muy bueno porque el reloj sigue andando, o sea nuestra salud y nuestro cuerpo, la verdad que en lo personal si no hago nada durante el dia, es como si fuera que me falta algo, entonces todo lo que hacemos nos ayuda a bien, tambien en preparar algo para el almuerzo, lo cual esta ves se trata de pescado a la parrilla (boga) es un pez de rio y si se lo cocina asi entero, pero con relleno de cebolla de verdeo, condimentos varios, sal y queso, sale todo un manjar.

Asi que para acompañar un manjar como este lo mejor es preparar una ensalada de lechuga y zanahoria rallada, la cual condimente con limon y sal a gusto, es para acompañar este pescado, si les digo que no quedo nada, solamente las espinas jajaja.

Bueno de esta manera comienzo la semana amigos, con un poco de chiste o broma, para romper la rutina y hasi hacer que todo siga andando en esta vida y en este mundo, aunque sabemos que para el mismo somos como un granito de arena, pero la finalidad de dicho granito es infinita.

Hello everyone, honestly, friends, after enjoying an excellent weekend, Sunday with the family, tasting a delicious beef matanbrito pizza, today, Monday, the routine of life begins again, haha. By this I mean that once again, everything we do in our lives, concerning our work, which I already posted about, regarding the construction I am doing on my son's house, all of that is very good because the clock keeps ticking, that is, our health and our bodies. The truth is that personally, if I don't do anything during the day, it's as if something is missing, so everything we do helps us, also in preparing something for lunch, which this time is grilled fish (boga), a river fish that is cooked whole, but stuffed with green onions, various seasonings, salt, and cheese, making it a real delicacy.

So, to accompany a delicacy like this, it's best to prepare a salad of lettuce and grated carrot, which I season with lemon and salt to taste. It's the perfect accompaniment to this fish. If I tell you that there's nothing left, only the bones, ha ha ha.

Well, this is how I start the week, friends, with a little joke or humor, to break the routine and keep everything moving forward in this life and in this world, even though we know that we are like a grain of sand in it, but the purpose of that grain is infinite.

Fish is also my favorite and the city we live in is famous for it. At night, it is fried in oil and then sealed. Whenever my friends and I go to the river bank, we catch them and eat them. We enjoy them a lot.
