Hola a todos, como dije en un post anterior, que bueno cuando hace frio por el solo hecho de que podemos degustar comidas, un poco pesadas, me refiero a las milanesa, pero con la diferencia de que las mismas estan cocinadas al horno, al ser de pollo, que es mas facil de prepararlas, tambien le agrego queso blando o queso fresco y arriba de esta un poco de oregano, lo cual le deja un sabor excelente y sabroso, mas cuando el queso se derrite totalmente arriba de la misma, quedando como se ve en la fotografia.

Como le dije anteriormente dichas milanesa las cuales se preparan de la siguiente manera, cortamos las pechugas de pollo en fetas, teniendo en cuenta se mas fina o gruesa, luego le agregamos en un volts con huevo, sal, pimientas, oregano y especias varias, batimos todo muy bien agregamos dicha carne de pollo ya cortada, luego las vamos quitando de una y pasandola por el pan rallado, que el toque final para que queden preparadas, luego cuando las llevamos al horno, cuando se cocina de un lado, las damos vuelta y le agregamos el queso antes mencionado.

Referente a las verduras para acompañar dichas milanesas, las mismas se tratan de batata, papa y zapallo, las cuales una ves hervidas ya estan listas para acompañar dicha carne.

Tambien a gusto de cada uno puede ser tomate y aguacate o palta, cortado en trozos pequeños para acompañar tod esto.

We add the already cut chicken meat, then we take them one by one and pass them thru breadcrumbs, which is the final touch to get them ready. Then, when we put them in the oven, once they are cooked on one side, we flip them and add the aforementioned cheese.
