Hola a todos, la verdad amigos que lo tradicional a veces lo tenemos que dejar de lado jajajaja, bueno como bien se sabe y debido a las festividades, como lo habia mencionado las comidas habrian sido de primera, comensando por un buen asado variado, pero les digo a veces lo tradicional lo dejamos de lado, porque para el almuerzo de esta domingo, o sea el primero del año, prepare un sabroso matanbrito a la piza acompañado con en salada de zanahoria rallado.

Referente al matanbrito propiamente dicho, el cual es de carne de res, entonces para empesar se enciende el fuego con carbon, mientras vamos preparando la carne antes mencionada o sea el matanbrito.

Una ves que tenemos las brasas al rojo, las esparcimos debajo de la parrilla, para agregar la carne de la parte de la grasa que es poca, hacia abajo, cuando notamos que la misma comienza a tener un color amarronado, la damos vuelta.

De esa forma se cocina del otro lado y sobre este vamos agregando la salsa de tomate bien condimentada, quedando como vemos en la fotografia.

Cuando notamos que dicha salsa comienza a hacer globitos, es porque la carne ya esta cocinada, entonces le agregamos el queso fresco o blando sobre la misma, cuando dicho queso queda como lo vemos, es cuando dicho matanbrito ya esta listo para degustarlo.

Asi que mientras dicha carne se cocinaba, procediamos a rallar la zanahoria para acompar dicho matanbrito, condimentandola con limos exprimido y sal a gusto.

Hello everyone, the truth is, friends, sometimes we have to set aside the traditional stuff, haha. Well, as you all know and because of the festivities, as I mentioned, the meals would be top-notch, starting with a good, varied barbecue. But I’m telling you, sometimes we leave the traditional behind, because for lunch this Sunday—the first of the year—I prepared a delicious matambre pizza accompanied by a grated carrot salad.

Regarding the matanbrito itself, which is made of beef, we start by lighting the charcoal fire while preparing the meat—that is, the matanbrito.

Once we have the red-hot embers, we spread them under the grill and place the meat with the small amount of fat facing down. When we notice it starting to turn brown, we flip it over.

That way, it cooks on the other side, and on this side we add the well-seasoned tomato sauce, ending up as you can see in the photograph.

When we notice that the sauce starts to form little bubbles, it means the meat is already cooked, so we add the fresh or soft cheese on top. When the cheese looks like this, the matanbrito is ready to be enjoyed.

So, while the meat was cooking, we proceeded to grate the carrot to accompany the matanbrito, seasoning it with freshly squeezed lime juice and salt to taste.
