Hello to all the followers of this great community. Considering that there are times—as happens to me—when I personally have to supplement it because it’s such good food, I’m going to prepare a delicious fish broth. This time it’s made with surubí, a river fish, and when cooked this way it turns out absolutely exquisite. Here’s how: place the pot on the stove, add a bit of oil, onion, garlic, some hot water, and various seasonings—fish seasoning, black pepper, ground chili, oregano, and salt to taste. After a few minutes, add the surubí, cut into small pieces.

We cover the pot and let it cook slowly; when we notice that the fish is very tender, the broth is ready to be enjoyed. It’s up to each person to serve it with cereal bread, which makes it even more delicious.

The only difference with river fish is that it doesn’t have as much collagen as saltwater fish, since those come from deep waters, so let’s enjoy it—it turned out very tasty.

Thank you so much for following me and reading my posts. Have a blessed day.
