Hola a todos, la verdad que la semana y por supuesto los dias pasan muy rapidos, lo digo por el solo hecho de que nuevamente llego el dia viernes y por tal motivo preparare para el almuerzo un sabroso bife de carne de res, con mucho adreso, mandioca o yuca, verduras y zanahoria rallada, lo que se puede ver amigos en la parte de arriba de dicha carne no es queso rallado, eso se trata de FAROPA, es yuca o mandioca rallada, es muy sabroso cuando lo acompañamos con cualquien plato que contenga carne.
La carne la cocinamos en una placha la cual le damos vuelta y vuelta, quedando bien jugoso, la batata, la papa y zapallo, lo agregamos en una fuente y lo cocinamos en el horno de la cocina, para cocinar la mandioca o yuca, agregamos una olla con agua, cuando la misma hierve le agregamos dicha yuca, la cual una ves blanda, le quitamos el agua y listo.
Luego lo que falta amigos seria la zanahoria rallada, la cual la condimentamos con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, la verdad me salio un sabroso almuerzo.

What you can see, friends, on top of the meat is not grated cheese, it is FAROPA, which is grated yuca or cassava. It is very tasty when we accompany it with any dish that contains meat.
We cook the meat on a griddle, flipping it back and forth until it's nice and juicy. We add the sweet potato, potato, and squash to a dish and cook them in the kitchen oven. To cook the cassava or yuca, we add a pot of water, and when it boils, we add the yuca. Once it's soft, we remove the water, and that's it.
Then what we need, friends, is the grated carrot, which we season with olive oil and salt to taste. Honestly, it turned out to be a delicious lunch.
