Greetings, my loves. I am very happy to bring you a new idea for Christmas decorations, which is also inexpensive. This time, I bring you a beautiful Santa Claus sleigh made out of cardboard and foam.
I had wanted to make a sleigh for a long time, but I thought it would be complicated. However, I watched several videos until I found the way to do it that I liked best and that was easy. Let's get started.
Santa's Sleigh
We need: a Santa Claus doll, a piece of holographic cardboard, red glitter foam, white glitter foam, a small piece of silver metallic foam, thin cardboard, scissors, liquid silicone, silicone glue stick, and a silicone gun.
Instructions:
1- Draw and cut out the sleigh template. Transfer both sides of the sleigh to the cardboard.
2- Cut out the sides of the sleigh and an 8 x 35 cm strip of cardboard.
3- Transfer and cut out the cardboard shapes on the holographic cardstock. Glue them to the cardboard.
4- Cut out the templates from the red foam, silver glitter foam, and metallic foam, as shown in the photo.
5- Make snowflakes and thin strips from the white foam. Glue the strip around the outline and the snowflakes evenly distributed around the sleigh basket on both sides.
6- Make a small roll with the strip that acts as the floor, glue it on, and wait for it to dry. Secure the ends of the sleigh and make a seat for Santa Claus. That's it.
The extra decoration depends on what you want to put on it; in this case, I put the sack of letters on it. The sleigh is perfect for my Santa Claus doll, who seems to be in his element. What do you think?

Saludos, mis amores. Me hace muy feliz traerles una nueva idea para la decoración navideña, que además es económica. En esta ocasión, les traigo un bonito trineo de Papá Noel hecho con cartón y foami.
Llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo hacer un trineo, pero lo veía complicado. Sin embargo, vi varios videos hasta que encontré la forma de hacerlo que más me gustaba y que resultara fácil. Vamos a entrar en materia.
Trineo de Papá Noel
Necesitamos: un muñeco de Papá Noel, un pedazo de cartulina holográfica, foami escarchado rojo, foami escarchado blanco, un pedacito de foami metalizado plateado, cartón delgado, tijera, silicona líquida, silicona en barra y pistola de silicona.
Elaboración:
1- Dibujar y recortar el molde del trineo. Transferimos los dos lados del trineo al cartón.
2- Recortamos los laterales del trineo y una tira de cartón de 8 x 35 cm.
3- Trasladamos y recortamos las figuras de cartón en la cartulina holográfica. Pegarlas en el cartón.
4- Sacar los moldes en el foami rojo, el foami escarchado plateado y el foami metalizado, tal como se muestra en la foto.
5- Hacer copos de nieve y tiras delgadas con el foami blanco. Pegar la tira por el contorno y los copos de nieve distribuidos por la cesta del trineo, en los dos lados por igual.
6- Hacer un pequeño rollo con la tira que hace de piso, pegarlo y esperar a que se seque. Fijar los extremos del trineo y hacer un asiento para Papá Noel. Ya está.
La decoración extra depende de lo que quieras colocarle; en este caso, le puse el saco de cartas. El trineo ha quedado perfecto para mi muñeco de Papá Noel, que parece estar como pez en el agua. ¿Qué opinan ustedes?
Decorar en Navidad es una cuestión de estética, pero también de darle un sentido emocional y tradicional. Llevo mucho tiempo sacando el arbolito por petición de mi nieto Aran; sin embargo, realizo esta serie de adornos con la intención de ofrecerles opciones que les sirvan para embellecer los espacios y que sientan la satisfacción de hacer las cosas por sí mismos, valorando cada detalle.
Este trineo es precioso. Si no tienen un muñeco de Papá Noel, pueden cargar el trineo con miniregalos, flores o cualquier otra cosa que se les ocurra. Me siento encantada de dedicarles cada adorno. Gracias por su buena acogida y por la amabilidad de sus comentarios.
