Foods for the soul: Delicious dishes we made by the beach

Family bonding is one way to heal from burnout and life stress. Sometimes we need to breathe and spend time with our loved ones.

Of course, it’s not complete bonding if there’s no food. So, we made these dishes: tuna kinilaw, which is very refreshing; chicken liver with egg adobo, the savory one; and fried eggs and hotdogs for pica-pica. It completed the day and made it more enjoyable.
