Yeah - just edited because after a sleep, I have no idea where it was going either. You know when you are thinking one thing and then you are about to say something profound like ... squirrel!

but I have known people who are glad they had their kids older as they were a lot more stable in their lives and emotional development and felt much more capable of dealing with the nonsense that comes with children

but maybe having children younger teaches things that add to what they need a bit later in life, when they have teenagers?

Yep. That is me. I would have wanted kids in my twenties, but it wasn't to be. But having one is better than none in my opinion, even if I am old and crotchety.

Absolutely! And any disagreement, no matter how miniscule, is cause to cut that toxic arsehole out completely.

Me almost all the time with commenting. Most of the time I'll come back and just realise I forgot to press the reply button (I was probably in the middle of proof reading before sending or something before distraction). Other times I was partway through a sentence and cannot remember where it was going XD

Seems to stil be pretty calm as far as I can tell from most of the older parents that I know that have teenagers (there's always some). You'll be fine too :)

Most definitely if you wanted to have kids, and usually better late than never (there's probably a "within reason" to consider but I think those parameters are individual).
