I think it varies from individual to individual and it was only when I was much older when I realised it's important to find one's passions and carve our own paths instead of chasing for what society deems as success.

I think it is common to take some times. But I do wonder if it is taking much longer now. People seem unwilling or perhaps unable to grow up in today's culture.
Yeah I used to think that generation gap just exists between myself and the older people.. Nowadays, I realise I am having the same gap with younger people too.
