Wow my heart is thoroughly warmed! Although hopefully not too much or my smart ring might start warning me to chill out.
14 months in is super dedication in my mind but I can definitely get myself there. The problem is as I keep piling on weights it starts to get dangerous to do at home without the right gear. I might have to swallow my pride and pay up for gym membership eventually... or move to a bigger place.
Do you log your progress or just keep it going indefinitely?
