Like you, I really wanted to be good at Tai Chi but I'm not really a group exercise person and prefer fast to slow.
I thought my life might expire before I actually made it to that post! Fucken hell, I've written some posts...some of which I scrolled by I really love too, I'm glad they're there.
Anyway, I'm glad you liked it...I'm afraid to say that my Tai Chi prowess is at fucked up level so I don't do it; best my energy is focused on things I'm good at...there's a few here and there.
