I can usually deposit usdt to mexc and then buy HIVE with no problem.
Only "problem" is that there may be a 72 hour lock on the funds before they can be transferred

Seems to be some sort of IP issue, are you using vpn?
It may also be worth checking with their support, I haven't seen that issue before so I'm just guessing
