An art comission is a specific drawing idea that will be made by the artist and approved by the comissioner
So I am planning on making a ToHire post on my blog with my art and how to reach out, agree and pay and such

I would very much like to introduce you to the Blurt Blockchain.
Blurt, like Hive, comes from the same Steemit blockchain from 10 years ago. You can use your hive account to make a blurt account. Why blurt? Relatively small and unsaturated. No downvote button.
@v-36 the blurt community's doing some good things. I feel you should get yourself on there via blurt.blog, and start posting your pixel art. We are in need of artists like you who want to offer their services there, and also share good pixel art!

Does the SWAP.BLURT from KeyChain works for the BLURT payment? The BLURT swap seems broken and the HIVE payment never finishes loading as well
If you are able to send some HIVE onto hive-engine, then convert it/swap it into SWAP.BLURT, you should be able to make an account like that.
But if not, i can make one for you right now as i have the funds.
How would you like to proceed?
