The law is the law but i believe sometime it is fair to not follow the law, if your getting attacked you have to attack back even if its unlawfull, if you are living in a country in war and almost die for your own safety you have to act unlawfull.
Law is to be followed most of the time, but in some specific situations law can be not correct.

Whatever just a question, from all you said about illegals, lets say your country is at war and your whole family is starving would you stay there ? You wouldnt take the risk to illegaly go in a country to get a better life
