This is smart thinking. Using data centres for heating. Swimming pools use lots of energy so they could use that excess heat.

Nikhef, the dutch school which has a(multiple actually) very well known datacenter on campus, uses the heat generated from the machines to heat up student housing! It's a clever use of the heat! https://www.nikhef.nl/housing/datacenter/green/
