My only complaint was that a few scenes felt rushed.

Wahoo.... really? I didn't see it that way. Do you think giving the story another 20 minutes would have fixed that for you?
I watched a movie like that too recently, and that's something I've noticed in recent movies too. They sometimes move so fast that important moments don't get enough room to land
Same here. Even with its flaws, I think it's a movie worth watching at least once and I even wrote a review about it after watching it
I feel you and what you said is a big concern because sometimes knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing how to continue a story.
