RE: Snaps Container // 7/7/2026, 2:24:00 PM

in Snapslast month

A lecturer told his students to tell him, in a single sentence, what he had asked them to write about in ten pages.

Initially, all I could think was how cruel he was to demand such but it goes beyond that.

Most times, we tend to add words to soften or decorate what we're saying, whereas a simple statement would have captured the essence.

Brevity they say is a classic thing but rare.

You got that right 👍

Thank you 🙏

♥️

Thank you.
You see my Nigerian lecturers my God will give them their share.😂😂
Especially my microbiology lecturer.
I know microbiology is wide but at least there are other ways to make it easier and better to understand.

Like how do you expect me to explain a whole text book.

Amennnnnn 😂😂
Honestly, the way most lectures go about their teachings only make something simple to look so overwhelming 😭

Yeah.

I don't really see the need of over explaining oneself when they can just say something straight to the point

Eggxactly.... Some people end up beating around the bush and never getting to the point 🥱

Apt! Except for broader context, I see no reason for not being able to compress one’s word to pass the ultimate message in a short sentence. Nice reflection. First time snap user here, btw! Yes, notice me.🫣

Eggxactlyyyy... I get there are exceptions but still, most times, few words deliver the message perfectly.

Ayyy ayyy ayyy 🙈🤭..... You're highly noticed 🙂‍↔️😂.
