Saturday lunch time at The New Inn, Minster-in-Thanet. I was recognised this time by one of the bar staff - almost a regular!

Yup, I'm making roast duck leg for tomorrow's dinner, thanks for the idea.
Confit duck leg sitting on garlic and parmesan potato terrine, roast carrots and steamed broccoli. They'd taken it off the menu but made one up for me 🙂
