Openclaaw got acquired by the openAI or maybe their owner working for openAI. I wonder the negativity made people move to the hermes agent.

Openclaw got picked up by OpenAI? I totally missed that, plus, I thought Openclaw was more pure open source or protocol type of thing, not a company that could be acquired. I haven't been keeping up, obviously, and don't know much about Hermes. But wow re: Openclaw.
