I really loved this Afro graffiti on the basketball courts in Chinatown - Portland (Liberty City). This really feels like real retro - street art.

              That's cool mate. For PSP there are three great Gta's such as: Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories & Chinatown Wars, all of three great games each of them with its own charm :)
