But your second photo was much better for finding the fisherman. Since I looked at it a little late at night yesterday and was sleepy, I even thought I might have made a mistake hahaha...
I thought he's fishing while swimming at first but i am guessing it a top of the cliff near the structure. I just wondered if there is possibility to caugth fish on those waves thru fishing rods?
Yeah, he's center left on the cliff. I added a zoom shot in the comments that show him a little better.
I've seen people fish with rods off of a beach in the surf so I think it is possible but I'm no fisherman so who knows. 🤷♂

Imposible to find. That's not a fisherman it's soldier camouflaged that's fishing. hehe
