We do have 24hrs power supply, except recently when there's Aba-wide power outage. Guess what? The government released and official letter stating why there's a power outage and measures being taken to tackle it. (Something that don't happen in Nigeria).

That's the governor's job, and them ensuring that work is ongoing doesn't mean they're not corrupt. But fair enough. I feel you, and I do respect Otti's government.
But no state's governor in Nigeria is 100% as we say.
