Not counting Author, Curator, and Witness? Well, zero, I'm just a small-time creator. 🥴

I need to know more about this. 🤔

Sort:

it's currently 4.28%/month on HP. It's nothing to write home about (for a small account). But it's better than nothing.

Anything above 0% is positive after all.

But that's with the HP you have on your account, that's what @acidyo is referring? Well, yes, that's fine.

Although for someone who barely has 3k HP, I don't know if it's worth keeping him without curation and creating content. 🤔

it's best to do it all - content, curate and earn interest...

I completely agree.

if @ 36k hp I earn 0.12 hp/hour that means at 3600hp I earn 0.012, so you're probably somewhere around 0.007 per hour which isn't nothing! Keep in mind it can grow expontentially as well, as any future curation/author rewards just increase this.
So you're earning about 61.32hp/y

I understand... Well, that is something, actually. I'm not usually good with numbers, so I appreciate you doing those calculations for me. 😅

Thank you so much, really.

per year* :D

oooh 😶 my bad. of course

but I still think its slightly lower, maybe 3% per year

Looks like a "solid" percentage.

You are building your own castle yet. You're going to get there.

Still better than holding liquid hive, especially when prices aren't going anywhere

I'd like to understand why many users prefer to have liquid HIVE (without doing anything with them) instead of investing in their own growth and the greater possibility of helping (someway, somehow) other users.

most are on exchanges and they either don't know or don't wanna lock it up for 3 months and even if they do they wouldn't wanna vote daily or trust a delegation project/autovote service. A lot of barriers for basic traders

Yeah. There's a lot of different reasons for it.
