Most people around me seem to be confused about that. An easy way to check it would be to take the other person out. Would you say "Give it to I." or "Give it to me."? Adding the person doesn't change the way you would refer to yourself in that example
Okay, got that. I hope I remember to use me, though cos we know these things, but we are just used to saying it a particular way
Humm.... English keeps getting confusing. Today, they say it's the way, a few years later, they say it's not correct.. lol
English is a confusing language, for sure. It's even confusing for native speakers 🤣.
