Seems like another one of our competitors bites the dust.

Farcaster that raised $150 mil at $1bil valuation is getting acquired by a company that raised $11 million USD. Neynar or something. Pretty much tells you we are probably looking at a complete failure.

😅 this is the kind of situation or moments that makes you pause…most times when a company valued at $1B ends up being acquired by one that raised a fraction of that, it raises real questions because howwwwww???? 😂

Now people would question so many things like traction, ability to sustain and how much of the valuation was narrative versus reality.. sometimes we know that the real information is not gonna be disclosed

And not every big raise turns into a big outcome so could be a risk!
