"Within a few years Macondo was a village that was more orderly and hard working than any known until then by its three hundred inhabitants. It was a truly happy village where no one was over thirty years of age and where no one had died."

What is the name of the village and from which country?

Macondo is a fictional village in Colombia, found in the novel One Hundred Years of Solitude. The food truck is called Macondo like the village, so this reminded me of that story, hence the quote.

The quote is from Gabriel García Márquez, One Hundred Years of Solitude, and the food from the Macondo food truck.
