Time stamps for the click? People doing a double click or suffering latency approving then unapproving?

I have noticed in the past people do this, I believe they don't see the update so they do it again. or just impatient. It's something I've noticed with witness votes for a long time. Could be a UI issue to depending on where they are voting.
