Pretty sure it's just averaged out from how many solved it in how many tries as it's "moderate" now :)
That was my thought too... but now that i see @ryivhnn comment i guess, it changes depending on the results.
Noticed that as well. Sometimes the words do not align with the level of difficulty they are categorized as.
