Saying Sweet Dreams can have an actual effect on someone's dreams compared to Thoughts & Prayers to an outcome.

this is exactly the point, telling someone thoughts and prayers doesn't actually change an outcome, but telling them sweet dreams may make the brain reflect on what was said and provide good dreams - for instance
Well I think it's just a mere wishes. The outcome is largely dependent on a persons daily activity. Which the brain tries to replay while the body is at rest
Do you prefer the word sweet dreams to thoughtful prayers?
I think I prefer prayers to those words tho they are sweet words.
I think is sometime with more warmth and closer to the person you are saying it. Nevertheless, the gesture counts in the end. 😊
You know we have dreams while sleeping and that's that very person in the spiritual realms.
Really, someone's dream life can affect the physical life because the spiritual controls the physical. But not in all cases of people's dreams does it interpret exactly.
