Hi Everyone,
Been MIA for a while due to my eyes needing to recover from the surgery. I will write up my thoughts about it after 3 weeks next week when the kids go back to school. These last two weeks have been pretty busy with the kids at home so we try to find some activities for them rather than having them in front of the screen.
One of the activities we joined was a Gundam exhibition model-making session. Like last year, it was complimentary but the location was different to last year which is at Broadway near the city. The venue was much smaller than last year at Macquarie Center, but either location was fine for us. We booked a time slot with another family so the 4 kids can build the model together. It turned out very well for the older kids while the younger ones needed the mums to help them a little which was perfectly fine.
After our Gundam session, we went to decorate some donuts downstairs for around $4, which was a perfect dessert after the kids had lunch. It was a bit 'kiddy' for the older ones, but they had fun. The school holiday has come to an end and the kids will be back at school in a couple of days. Lots to do around the house as we moved recently as well (more on that later).
