How awesome! I love dragonfruit, but it is so often overpriced. When I lived in the Caribbean in was cheap and available just about everywhere. I miss those good old days...

        I bet the Caribbean is a food paradise! There was a guy from Puerto Rico who moved to North Carolina and opened a restaurant. His fare was amazing, often made with fresh ingredients he sourced from his hometown! Thanks for the comment! 😊
